Hey !! My name is Bridget Clifton (she/they) and I'm running for Women’s Officer for 2025! As a psychology student I understand how important it is to have someone to effectively support you
- something I aim to do as Women's Officer.
As Women's Officer, I aim to further the Women's Department's accessibility and foster a community of Curtin women by making more women-focused events so that we can build a stronger, and bigger network of friendships. I want to promote anti-discrimination and gender-inclusive policy to make a safer, more inclusive community. I also intend on providing better women's health and sexual education, and further improvements to Curtin's counselling services. Safer, gender-inclusive universities should be a top priority in higher education and that is why I am running for NUS delegate, to take this straight to our national union.
I want to hear from you about what I can do to improve your Curtin experience-how to make it safer for us, how to make it more accessible, and how to just make Curtin better overall.
