STUDENT PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Student Partnership Agreement (SPA) was passed by the Representation Board. The agreement will be part of Curtin’s strategic plan and will mean students will be involved in every level of the university’s decision making.

The Student Partnership Agreement is an agreement to be signed by both the University and the Guild to foster authentic partnership, it reinforces the student voice on various university committees and means that we meaningfully assist the university in gaining the student perspective.

This agreement will;

  • Support staff and students to work together at all levels of decision making and governance for the enhancement of quality learning and teaching, the student experience and outcomes for students.

  • Encourage students' participation in governance, as co-designers of their learning and student experience and in project co-creation.

  • Create and promote a culture of staff and student partnership which is supported by all members of the Curtin community.
