Before You Order Your Name Badge
Please read the details below before placing your order.
Name badges are a required part of your professional placement uniform, so it’s important to get everything right.
👉 Add your name for the badge at basket/checkout.
A few important things to know:
- It’s your responsibility to make sure all details are correct before submitting your order.
- We’re unable to offer refunds for customer errors (e.g. incorrect name, badge type, title, characters, fitting choice, or selecting collection instead of delivery).
- All orders are sent to an external supplier once payment has been received and processed.
- Unfortunately, we’re unable to fast-track or process urgent orders.
Name on Badge
- How you type your name in the "Name on Badge" section is how it will be printed. Make sure to use capitals and characters correctly.
- Speak to your faculty about your placement badge requirements.
- STUDENTS - Check with your faculty if your surname is required on Name Badge. Place first name and surname in "Name on badge" section if required. Some placements will require both names on placement badges. e.g. Name on Badge = Jane Smith. There are many faculties that only require your first name on your placement badge. e.g. Name on Badge = Jane
- STAFF - Please place title if required in the "Name on Badge" section. e.g. Name on Badge = Dr. Smith
- If you wish your pronouns to be included, please include them in brackets after your name, e.g. Jane (she/her)
Collection
- Collect your badge from G Mart (Building 106G) at Curtin Bentley.
- Please allow around seven (7) days for your badge to be ready. (Heads up: it may take longer during busy periods.)
- We don’t send email notifications when orders are ready, so plan your collection accordingly.
Delivery
- Need it delivered? We can ship your order anywhere Australia Post delivers for an additional fee.
- Delivery times are up to 4 weeks for WA, and up to 6 weeks for all other locations, depending on Australia Post timeframes.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note: purchases that only include name badges will not receive a tracking link.
