Sometimes uni life piles up. Assignments. Money stress. Homesickness. Or just one of those days where everything feels loud.
That’s why we’ve helped give a space to The Living Room on campus.
The Living Room is a relaxed, peer‑led wellbeing space coordinated by Psychological and Counselling Services, with the Guild providing the pop‑up space to make it easy for students to drop in.

It’s a low‑barrier, drop‑in space. No appointment. No pressure. You can speak confidentially with trained peer supporters about whatever’s on your mind — big or small. Or you can just take a breather.
You’ll find free tea and coffee, simple wellbeing activities and even visiting therapy dogs to help create a calm, supportive environment.

Find The Living Room in Building 104.113, next to the Guild Main Café, open Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm.

Take a break. Talk it through. Show up.
