Event Support & Workshops
Event Applications & Venue Bookings
All club events require Guild approval for liability coverage and safety management. This includes events & activities on AND off-campus.
To gain Guild approval, clubs must:
- Check the notice requirements before planning events.
- Prepare all event information for your application submission.
- Lodge an Event Application or
- Book a Guild Venue below.
This Event Application is for:
- Curtin Controlled Venues: Tutorial spaces, lecture theatres, outdoor spaces & grounds, courtyards etc.
- Tav bookings
- Off-Campus Events
Note: You do NOT need to complete an event application if you are booking a Guild venue (scroll down on this page for Guild venue details).

- To gain access to Curtin room booking system to select their own venues.
Club Function Packs & BBQs
Stay tuned for 2024 offerings to be release before Semester One.
......In 2023, new packs have been designed to suit all clubs. We've got various sized barbeque packs, a larger catering menu, specialised options for professional or social events & various event activation packages to be held in the Tav or takeaway.

Grants
Clubs are able to apply for funding towards in 2023. First in, first served, and while funds last. Check out the 2023 grants.
Sponsorship offerings & applications for 2024 will open in semester one.
For planning purposes, clubs can certainlty expect to see the return of the $1500 Grant, BBQ & Catering Packs however, terms & conditions are expected to be updated. Clubs who are planning to make purchases using their own funds in hopes to recieve a Guild grant should consider the risk should their Guild sponsorship application not be approved.

Booking Calendars
Check out the below Google Calendars to see what events are already scheduled on any given date.
Regularly checking these calendars is encouraged when scheduling your own events to avoid clashes, however; keep in mind that the Club Event Calendar is only updated when clubs alert us of their events by submitting their bookings.
