Download Proposed Student Guild (Student Societies) By-Laws 2023
The Guild Legal Committee and Guild Council are intending to make changes to our By-Laws to achieve the following outcomes:
- Separate the Guild By-Laws from the Student Society By-Laws to make it easier for club committee members to read and comply with the By-Laws
- Update the By-Laws to include the new Vice President – Sustainability and Welfare Officer
- Update the By-Laws further in accordance with the Regulation Changes
Legal Committee are currently drafting these changes to our By-Laws.
All Guild Members are invited to attend the Guild Council meeting where these changes will be considered on the 23rd of November 5pm. Further details are provided on the Guild’s Committee page.
