In accordance with Section 10(1) of Statute No.4 - Student Guild and Rule 10 of the Student Guild Rules, the Guild Council have a made a Resolution to:
- amend the Student Guild (Guild Council) Regulations 2018 through the Student Guild Amending Regulation No.1-2023
- amend the Student Guild (Election and Referenda) Regulations 2018 through the Student Guild Amending Regulation No.1-2023
- amend the Student Guild (Administration) Regulations 2018 through the Student Guild Amending Regulation No.1-2023
- amend the Student Guild (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2018 through the Student Guild Amending Regulation No.1-2023.
All members are entitled to have the Resolution considered at a General Meeting by providing a “Request Notice”.
Members have a period of fourteen (14) days to submit a “Request Notice” to the amendments of the Guild Regulation requesting a General Meeting be convened. This must be in the form and requirements as outlined in the Student Guild Rules.
The expiry of the period of which a “Request Notice” can be provided is the 24th of April 2023. If there is no Request Notice, the Resolution is taken to be confirmed on the expiry of the Period.
Any Notice must be provided to the Secretary in person at Building 106F.
