What is a first-year rep?
A First Year Representative fills the gap between first year students and the guild. Your job is to amplify the voices of first year students, identify recuring issues that are impacting their university experience and work with the guild to improve access to information, support and engagement.
This is a voluntary role that is about learning, contributing and growing.
