he Excellence in Teaching Awards were established 22 years ago by the Curtin Student Guild to acknowledge the outstanding contribution of Curtin academics.
Students nominate their teachers and the award winners are chosen by Guild faculty representatives. This year there were 234 nominations for Faculty Teaching Awards and 28 nominations for the Research Supervisor Award.
The Excellence in Teaching Awards are unique in that they focus on how teacher communication and engagement meet the needs of students.
On behalf of the Curtin Student Guild, we extend our congratulations to all nominees and winners!
