2026

  • 17 Aug:
    • Sponsorship Prospectus Workshop. Want to secure sponsorship for your club? Learn how to create a professional Sponsorship Prospectus, approach potential sponsors with confidence, and build partnerships that can help bring your club's ideas to life.
    • Trivia Tuesdays Sem 2 - Exclusive Club Opportunity. Book to host a Tuesday night to receive free tables snacks, keep 100% of ticket profits and get access to Trivia Tuesday social media advertising & a promotional toolkit to use.
  • 24 July: Inter-Club Trivia Night. Club committee members are invited to book a table and compete against fellow clubs on 4 Aug. Winning 1st, 2nd & 3rd places recieve prizes for their club.
  • 26 June: Financial Management Workshop. 5th & 19th Aug. Attendance to one of these workshops are compulsory. It focuses on financial governance, including training on how the Guild expects clubs to use your club’s MYOB software in preparation for the upcoming AGM season.
  • 19 May: Guild O-day Sem 2 Stall Applications. Applications close 26 June.
  • 27 Mar: Poster Guidelines - Rules Reminder. A reminder to familiarise yourself with poster regulations at Curtin.
  • 19 Mar: Host a Trivia Tuesday at the Tav. Clubs opportunity to book & raise funds at the next trivia tuesday.
  • 8 Mar: Clubs Carnival - Stallholder Applications. Event Date - 1 April. Stall applications close 18 March.
  • 8 Jan: Club Leadership Workshops. January sessions filling up fast!

2025

  • 17 Dec: Club Feedback Callout. Share your committee experience to help improve club support.
  • 10 Dec: Annual Club Renewal - Deadline Approaching. 31 December 2025. Keep your club active by completing the renewal.
  • 9 Dec: Guild O-Day 2026 Sem 1 - Stallholder Applications. Showcase your club at our major event. Applications close 16 Jan 2026.
  • 22 Oct: 2025 Club Awards - Finalists, Winners & Event Photos.
  • 1 Oct: Club Award Nominations - Deadline Extended. Nominate your club by 6am, Oct 6 and RSVP to the ceremony.
  • 18 Sept: 2025 Club Awards. Celebrate Club Awards on Oct 8. Nominate your club by Oct 1 and RSVP to the ceremony.
  • 5 Sept: MYOB Financial Software. New requirements for club financial management. Deadline to onboard: 31 Dec 25.
  • 29 Aug: Free Annual Testing & Tagging. For club electrical equipment on 3 Sept. 
  • 5 June: Opportunities at Curtin - Paid Roles, Leadership & Social Impact. Apply Now.
  • 20 May: Guild O-Day Sem 2 - Stall Applications. Applications close 27 June.
  • 28 Feb: Clubs Carnival - Stall Applications Open. Hurry, applications close 16 March.
  • 7 Feb: 2025 Club Registration. Reminder to renew your club by 15 Feb to avoid operations prohibitions.
  • 20 Jan: Club Workshop | Adobe Digital Branding Challenge | 11 Feb. Register your committee to boost your club's branding
  • 14 Jan: Guild O-Day Stall Applications NOW OPEN. 

2024

  • 13 Dec: Governance Updates to all club websites. The Guild have uploaded a governance menu to all club TidyHQ websites.
  • 28 Nov: New Governance Rules: What Clubs Must Know. The Guild Council has approved updates to the Clubs and Societies By-Laws, effective 28 November 2024.
  • 13 Nov: Curtin Extra Recognition Deadline. Log your committee hours by 30 November. 
  • 30 Oct:
    • Club Award Winners
    • TidyHQ Project Reminder. All clubs must complete the 2024 AGM project tasks.
  • 18 Oct: 2025 Club Registrations. All clubs are required renew annually to remain affiliated and continue operating as a 'Curtin' club. 
  • 9 Sept:
    • Club Awards: Nominations Open & Ceremony RSVPs
    • Club Stalls during Guild Student Elections.
  • 29 Aug: Pride Fest - Club Stall Opportunity
  • 20 Aug: Guild Ball - Club Discount Code
  • 16 Aug: Club Tax Status Update #2
  • 27 June: Club Tax Status Update #1. Tax requirements update for clubs. Instructions within are no longer relevant, see update #2.
  • 15 May: Guild Newsletter - Highlighting Clubs to Guild Members.
  • 3 May: Clubs Charter Updates & New Policies
