Focus for 2022

My focus this year is to:

  • Deliver a broad spectrum of events so that there’s something for everyone to enjoy
  • Advocate for more resources and less red tape for clubs so they can continue to deliver great benefits to their members
  • Provide free food for students, through “Grill the Guild” Sausage Sizzles, giveaways and free events

About February

I’m studying a Bachelor of Commerce part-time, majoring in Event Management. I was introduced to the Guild through the Equity Departments and got involved because I wanted more students to know about the communities they could be a part of here at Curtin. In 2020 I had a whirlwind experience as VP, President and then Treasurer of the Curtin Writers Club, and I bring that perspective from being a on a club committee and my passion for my degree into being your 2022 Vice President – Activities.

The Curtin Student Guild recognises the Whadjuk Noongar people as the traditional owners of this land, and pays respect to elders past, present, and emerging.
