About Sofia

Hi there, I am Sofia, your 2022 ISC President. I am a Latin American Registered Nurse who was born in Chile.

I am currently a full-time Master of Nursing Practice student who became involved within the Guild with an interest in supporting international students. I have volunteered in different countries, helping vulnerable people while advocating for them and I have previously been the PSC Vice-president and the 2021 ISC president.

I am passionate about implementing solutions to create a more vibrant campus life and improving international students' academic, economic, and mental health support.
