About

The Nutrition and Dietetics Student Association, abbreviated as NADSA, is the official academic club associated with the Curtin Student Guild.

As a club, we aim to represent all students at Curtin interested in food and nutrition. Specifically, we are heavily involved with those students studying Nutrition, Food Science, Health Promotion/Nutrition, and Dietetics degrees.

NADSA plays an important role in fostering a sense of community amongst students at Curtin University. We work to host in-person and online events throughout the year, where our members can upskill in areas relevant to the food and nutrition space - our annual Careers Night is a wonderful example of this. We also provide opportunities for students to volunteer with organisations such as Foodbank, helping to build students' professional resumes with extracurricular activities.

Social events, networking, charity fundraising, and online food and nutrition-related content are all major parts of NADSA's work to foster a sense of community among students from all year groups and degrees within the School of Population Health. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook - @nadsacurtin - for more information on upcoming events, ways to get involved with us, as well as fun nutrition tips and recipes.

The Curtin Student Guild recognises the Whadjuk Noongar people as the traditional owners of this land, and pays respect to elders past, present, and emerging.
