It's AGM Time!

Guild Members you are invited to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Student Guild of Curtin University. 

When: Wednesday 6 May 2026
Time: 12pm for a 12:15 start 
Where: Guild Tavern (The Tav)

The AGM will be streamed online via Teams.

*Registration is not neccessary if you attend the AGM in-person*

Those registering online must be Guild members. Online attendees will still have the ability to vote on any resolutions and ask comments for the AGM panel. We will endeavour to have all questions asked at the AGM but we cannot guarantee they all will.

All Guild Members are invited to attend and will have the right to vote on any resolution of the meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will include the adoption of the 2025 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements and the other business provided on the agenda of the meeting.

Guild Members who attend in person will receive a free beverage voucher for use during the event and pizza will be provided.

Any Guild Member may submit a proposed resolution for discussion and voting on at the meeting. Resolutions must be received in writing by 5pm, Wednesday, 29 April 2026 and sent via email to the Guild President at president@guild.curtin.edu.au.

The agenda including all motions and associated documents will be issued by the close of business Monday, 4 May 2026.

Curtin Student Guild reserves the right to photograph and film this event.

By attending Clubs Carnival 2026, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your image or likeness in any photographs or recordings taken at the event for promotional and marketing purposes by Curtin Student Guild, including use across digital and print materials, publications, websites, and social media platforms.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform event staff or the photographer on the night.
