Event Applications & Venue Bookings
Did you know clubs are entitled to book FREE on-campus venues for most club events & activities? To access this fantastic club perk, simply lodge the below form!
Important: This form must be lodged for ALL events and activities your club intends to run, even if a venue booking is not required, as all events coordinated by Curtin clubs (both on and off campus) require Guild approval in order to go ahead.
Function Packs & BBQ Packs
In 2022, clubs are able to claim up to any two of the following food package offerings for on-campus events only.
$400 Event Grant
Clubs are able to apply for up to $400 toward one on-campus event hosted in 2022. First in, first serve, and while funds last.
Event Equipment Hire
Clubs are able to hire Guild-owned equipment free of charge for use on campus.

Check out the below Google Calendars to see what events are already scheduled on any given date, as well as when certain Guild-provided resources and venues (e.g. BBQs, Club HQ, Curtin Tav) are available.
Regularly checking these calendars is encouraged when scheduling your own events to avoid clashes, however; keep in mind that the Club Event Calendar is only updated when clubs alert us of their events by submitting their event application forms.
