ACCOMMODATION
2024 Update! – Due a low vacancy rate, the accommodation market in Perth and Kalgoorlie is extremely competitive. We strongly encourage you to make accommodation arrangements BEFORE you arrive.
Curtin’s On-Campus accommodation is reaching capacity and many rooms have a long waiting list. We recommend students look at the off-campus options listed on Curtin’s Alternative Options and Support link.
The University also has Accommodation Coaches to assist students in finding off campus accommodation. Complete the enquiry form found in the link and Curtin's Accommodation coaches will be in touch. They accept walk-in, face-to-face, and phone appointments. They can also make international phone calls and host coaching sessions led over Microsoft Teams.
If you have not found accommodation before you arrive then consider deferring your studies or taking a leave of absence. If you would like to know more about this you can contact student.assist@guild.curtin.edu.au.

Whether you are moving to a new country, state, city or suburb, finding accommodation that is right for you can be challenging. Curtin has support available to assist you through your accommodation search with a number of resources.

ACCOMMODATION COMPLAINTS
You will find the complaints process in your Resident Handbooks. Students with complaints about their on-campus accomodation will need to try to reslove it with the accomodation provider before escalating it to Curtin Univeristy's complaints process.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome or lack of outcome from the accomodation provider, students are advised to send in their complaint to Curtin for their reivew of the situation.
Unilodge
Unilodge - Complaints can be lodged via their online form or verbally by contacting the General Manager, Property Manager Operations or another senior member of staff.
St Catherine's
St Catherines's - Complaints can be lodged via their online form or verbally by contacting the Head of College, Dean of the Residential College or another senior member of staff.
