The guests don't need to be students! However this is an 18+ event, so all attendees must present a valid photo ID on entry.

Arrival and Entry
Main Entrance
Enter via the main entrance located between Guild Student Kitchen 106G & Concept Cafe 106G. Refer to the event map for more information. Gates open from 6pm.
Identification
This is an 18+ only event. All attendees will need to show an acceptable form of photo ID on arrival. The ONLY acceptable forms of ID are: Current Australian Driver's License, Current Australian Learner's Permit, Current International Passport, Any Australian Proof of Age Card or Australian Photo Card, ID Keypass Card issued by Australia Post.
Student ID
All Curtin students will need to bring their Curtin Student ID. Curtin ID will be scanned upon arrival to verify Guild and enrolment status (or show your Enrolment Advice if your card hasn't arrived so we know you're a current student). Register online to become a Guild Member.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all attendees and this event will comply with all relevant and recommended government restrictions and health and safety protocols. Cleaners are on site - please report any issues to the bar for attention.
Rules

Curtin students can bring up to 3 guests. All guests must enter the event at the same time as the Curtin student.

Photocopies and photos of ID's will not be accepted.

Any person bringing alcohol on campus will be refused entry.

No drinking outside the licensed area.

Curtin Uni is a smoke-free campus.

If you leave the venue at any time during event you will have to re-join the line in order to get back in.

Curtin Student Guild supports the responsible service of alcohol at all times.

Photos and videos may be taken at the event for promotional material.

No antisocial behaviour, don’t drink and drive and look out for your mates. Simple stuff!

Lost items will be available for collection from Guild Reception on Tuesday 24/02/26 from 9am - 4pm. Unclaimed items will be taken to Curtin Connect (Building 102) on Wednesday 25/02/26.
