Calling all Curtin Student Guild Members

Have a keen interest in the latest Guild projects? Or just want to snag a free drink and some food? well… this is your invitation to our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 8th May.

Location: The Tav

 

> All Guild members are invited and will have the right to vote on any resolution.
> All event attendees at the Tav will receive a FREE beverage
> Food will be provided

 

What's an AGM

AGM stands for Annual General Meeting. At the AGM, the Annual Report for 2023 will be presented along with the audited financial statements and the other business provided on the agenda of the meeting.

Have a proposed resolution for discussion and vote? Submit it in writing to the Guild President by 5pm on Wednesday the 1st of May 2024 via email at president@guild.curtin.edu.au.

The agenda including all motions and associated documents will be issued by the close of business Monday 6th of May 2024.

The AGM will be streamed online via WebEx >> Register via the link here.

Online students will still have the ability to vote on any resolutions and ask comments for the AGM panel. We will endeavour to have all questions asked at the AGM but we cannot guarantee they all will.

 

AGM Agenda

Any Guild Member may submit a proposed resolution for discussion and voting on at the meeting. Resolutions must be received in writing by 5pm, Wednesday, 1 May 2024 and sent via email to the Guild President at president@guild.curtin.edu.au.

The agenda including all motions and associated documents will be issued by the close of business Monday, 6 May 2024.
