WIMAR is an all inclusive club passionate about connecting, educating and empowering women into Western Australia's mining & resources industry.

We aim to do so through industry speakers, networking events, industry exposure and fundraising.

Core Objectives:

To motivate women in pursuing a career in mining.
To reduce the gender gap in the mining industry and other jobs/research related to the mining industry.
To inform people about the trends that are happening in the mining industry.
To promote networking with people from the mining industry and increase the industry involvement at early stages of studying.
To provide a forum for discussion of matters that are related to the mining industry and similar interests.
To promote networking with people from many different backgrounds.
To encourage multidiscipline engagement in mining.
