If you’re new to university, referencing is an important skill to master to appropriately credit your sources and reduce stress levels when submitting assignments.

It may seem like you can just whip up a perfect reference list at the end of an assignment but trust us, you don’t want to leave everything to the last minute! There’s so many different types of referencing from APA, MLA, Chicago and more, it can be tricky to get it right when your units are using a different referencing style. Even unintentional mistakes in referencing can result in allegations of academic misconduct.
