The aim of CSWSA is to dismantle year group barriers; by creating a sense of community allowing all social work students to connect and unite as one student body whilst increasing the identity and presence of Social Work [SW] at Curtin.
The Curtin Social Work Students Association [CSWSA] is newly reformed and better than ever!
The CSWSA believes in inclusion, equity, accessibility, promoting social justice and advocacy which is underpinned by the code of Ethics of the Australian Association of Social Workers [AASW].
Through collaboration and networking between year groups the CSWSA promotes individual and collective growth and knowledge sharing
The CSWSA aims to provide opportunities throughout the year for social activities, networking, volunteering, professional development and more.
The CSWSA is by the Social Work students for the Social Work Students so feedback on what the members want and when they want it is very important to assist the club in providing the best possible opportunities and activities for its members.
